LED Module Production Line
UnishineLED's LED display factory is equipped with state-of-the-art automated production equipment, forming the foundation for efficient, high-quality manufacturing. In particular, the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machinery we employ enables precise and efficient placement of LED components onto circuit boards, ensuring the reliability and consistency of every LED display.
1. LED Lamp Baking
Baking is a critical step to ensure the reliability of LED chips. To prevent large-scale failure, SMD lamp beads are typically baked before use.
2. PCB SMT
The process begins with solder paste application, followed by placement of ICs, resistors, capacitors, power sockets, and signal sockets, which are then secured through reflow soldering.
3. LED SMT
LED placement also starts with solder paste application. The beads are mounted using SMT equipment and firmly soldered via reflow.
4. Initial Lighting Test
After SMT completion, the first power-on and lighting test is performed.
5. Brush three anti-paint
Three anti-paint can protect the PCB circuit board from environmental erosion; after curing, it forms a transparent protective film.
6. Base Installation
The base enclosure is secured to the PCB with screws.
7. Potting (for Outdoor Modules)
Outdoor LED modules are filled with potting compound for waterproofing and require curing time after application.
8. Mask Installation
The mask is fixed in place with screws.
9. QC Inspection
Modules that pass quality control are labeled with a qualified sticker.
Assembly and Aging Line
We ensure every LED display is assembled to the highest quality standards. UnishineLED operates a dedicated aging line that simulates real-world operating conditions through extended operation, identifying and resolving potential issues in advance.
1. LED Module Aging
After production, each LED module undergoes an aging test for over 12 hours to confirm reliability before proceeding to the next stage.

3. Full LED Screen Aging
Once cabinets are assembled, the complete display is built and subjected to an aging test for at least 72 hours.
